The department of Rheumatology and Immunology of the largest Amsterdam hospital has an enormous amount of knowledge that it would like to share with it’s patients. They’ve asked us to explore their options for them.
Super easy accessable information.
We’ve identified the optimal patient journey and came up with a platform without the need to log-in. The patient simply receives a four digit code from their doctor and takes them directly to relevant information in their current health path.
The aim is to stimulate the disease knowledge, which then resulted into more qualitative consultations between doctors and patients.
